<p>I know what you&#8217;re thinking, but the flavors of honey and basil are actually subtle enough to work really well here. You can taste them for sure, but they give the otherwise standard ale a very &#8220;wow that&#8217;s interesting&#8221; flare.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m so proud of Bison. I have always been a bit skittish since their misguided attempt at gingerbread beer, but they may just be on the road to flavored beer redemption.</p>
<p>Because its such a specialized flavor, I&#8217;m not sure I would use it to fill a cooler. Nonetheless, if you are looking for something to pair with that thin crust pizza in front of you, I don&#8217;t think a finer contender can be found.</p>
